The new bridge at Boone was renamed the New Kate Shelley High Bridge in cermonies today in Boone. Jim Young president of the Union Pacific and the head of Iowa Department of Transportation along with a few other officals were on hand for the occasin at he yard Offince beacuse of the nasty weather, They latewr boraded a special trian and went to the new bridge for ribbon cutting.
