UP 1982 Chicago Bound

UP 1982 has been reported in Nebraska on an eastbound headed for the Chicago area. I'll update if I have more info.

It really would not surprise me if they put 1995 and 1982 together for the trip west though, if I find anything out about Proviso doing this, I'll let you all know.
